Moved the client from utilizing servicenow only as an ITSM tool to a full fledged workflow management system.

Built a Contract application in servicenow replaces multiple email threads, spreadsheets and Google Drive and allows users to be more effective and efficient.

Developed an alerts application and enterprise dashboard.


Outcomes


The client has a cloud-based SAAS contracts application that is scalable and has replaced a large part of the manual processes around contract and insurance management and renewal.
