HPE Aruba Networking Integrations

HPE Aruba Networking WLC + IoT: This integration focused on pulling device details from HPE Aruba Networking WLCs (Wireless LAN Controllers) and pushing them to an IoT platform. The end customer had HPE Aruba Networking WLCs without API support. We were able to pull device details by using HPE Aruba Networking WLC's Command Line Interface (CLI) via SSH access to the WLC. The integration runs as a periodically scheduled job to ensure that devices connected to the WLC are in sync with the details presented on the IoT platform.

HPE Aruba Networking Central + Streaming APIs: This integration uses the REST APIs available in HPE Aruba Networking Central to fetch structured responses about device details. These details are then pushed to a graph database to enrich the customers' knowledge of devices in their network. This integration also makes use of Streaming APIs to receive real-time data.

HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass + XDR: This integration aims to export various types of events available in HPE Aruba Networking ClearPass Policy Manager, including Session, Audit, System, and Insight events. The integration transforms these events to the industry standard Open Cybersecurity Schema Framework (OCSF) format. OCSF-formatted events are then sent to the XDR platform via Syslog push.
